With this classroom based Stage 1 Garda Recruitment workshop you will gain new-found confidence and skills and will become competent in all aspects of Stage 1 of the Garda entrance competition - the verbal reasoning, numerical reasoning, inductive/logical reasoning tests and job simulation exercises. Remember that only the candidates with the highest test scores will continue to Stage 2 of the recruitment process.

Who should do this workshop?

This workshop is ideal for candidates who want to boost their scores and who would like more help in understanding the format of the Stage 1 September 2016 tests.

When is the workshop run?

The workshop will commence at 9.15^am and run until 4.00^pm. Places are limited.

Garda Workshop Venue

The workshop will be held at the National College of Ireland, IFSC, Dublin 1.

Experienced Instructor

The workshop will be led by a serving member of An Garda Siochana, who is based in the Garda training College in Templemore. Our experienced trainer also helped to develop the course material in conjunction with the Kilroy's College course development team.

What is covered in the workshop?

All aspects of the 2016 Stage 1 tests will be covered and full and comprehensive notes will be provided. Each participant will also be coached in research techniques and given an overview of the skills that are looked for in an AGS candidate. Please bring a calculator and pencil with you.
