How to be at your best and be very competitive on the day of the Written Aptitude Test
Over the years the Civil service Commission has designed and developed its own recruitment and training programme to facilitate the selection of the most suitable candidates and to provide them with appropriate training in order to be effective and successful in their chosen careers.
The initial recruitment stage is based on the results of a set of aptitude tests and an interview. Candidates who are successful in this competition enter the Civil service at the level of Clerical Officer.
It is important for candidates who are applying for this position to recognise that Stage 1 of the competition, the written aptitude test is a competitive examination and that those that score the highest have a better chance of being called back for an interview.
Our preparation programme has been developed in a modular format, and it can provide you with the preparation needed to be at your very best, and more than ready to do yourself justice on the big day.
